FAQ

Look at the high-frequency questions first; if you still need manual support, you can go back to the above comments

What is the difference between “Request a Trial” and “Schedule an Appointment”?

The application for the trial focuses on the opening of the experience environment and guidance; the appointment exchange focuses on the program evaluation, demonstration and landing path. Both are submitted via the form on this page and the next steps will be arranged as intended.

Can all seven products be deployed independently?

Yes. Each of the seven product lines can go live on its own or in combination on the same platform. The public pages show acceptance capabilities; full cycle and metrics are in the Resources case pack. See Products · Customer cases。

What do design-time and runtime agents do respectively?

Design-time uses natural language to build or change apps and configuration (⌘K assists scripts and SQL). Results must enter the designer for review before publish. Runtime, within authorization, answers questions as in-dialog text and charts or as Office, HTML, and Markdown files, and creates data or completes reviews through business APIs. It does not write to the database directly and does not exceed the user's own permissions. See Platform · AI Agents。

Do you support reports and dashboards?

Yes. The report engine provides perspectives, charts, cockpits and large screens for reusing product scenarios. See Platform capabilities · Report Engine。

Do you support SaaS multi-tenancy and multiple languages?

Yes. Data is isolated by tenant. The language catalog is selectable, with untranslated strings falling back to the source. Delivered languages are Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, and English.
